- Participated as consultative project team resource supporting the redesign of the organization's base salary & variable pay Compensation program elements for its management & investment professionals' employee base
- Designed, developed & conducted an industry-wide compensation survey focusing on Cash Compensation, Bonuses & Incentive, Health & Other Employee Benefits/Perqs offerings
- Comprehensive organizational compensation reviews of existing Base Salary and other Total Compensation elements, programs, policies and systems in relation to comparable external markets, industry standards and best practices
- Design, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of Base Salary, Incentive and Total Cash Compensation programs; oversight on organization-wide job evaluation initiatives; key resource during annual year-end Compensation cycle
- Key consultative, design and analytical resource in the transition of Compensation program
- Conducted job evaluations for 350+ jobs for International division, developing point bands, salary structure models & recommendations to management
- Researched & developed annual salary policy recommendations; improved administrative process and employee awareness of benefits, employee savings & equity programs
- Developed compensation policies/procedures & managed the start-up organization’s compensation initiatives including base salary administration, variable pay and job evaluation for approximately 4500 employees who transitioned over from the various partner organizations
